Long ago, the FCC determined that the public must be protected from certain words coming through their TV. The use of curse words is very popular in mainstream movies, however. Especially action movies. And especially Action Movies featuring Samuel L Jackson.
When Movies collide with TV, the dubbing that is done is nothing short of genius! The old standards such as Die Hard's "Yippee-Ki-Yay Melon Farmer" have been surpassed by the dubbing for the recent TV Premiere of "Snakes on a Plane."
